It’s Art Tuesday at Elarbee Media. Today’s selection is this mid-century Danish earthenware platter from Knabstrup pottery. Who doesn’t love Danish Modern? I know I do, but that is likely because I grew up with it all around me. This platter is simple in form and simple in design. It is both earthy and honest. When you hold it you know someone else’s hands have touched it before yours.
