Where did the day go? December 21st is the winter solstice. Winter solstice is an astronomical phenomenon which marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. We can feel the cold and dark creeping in when looking at this painting by Theresa Daily. We recently took it down from our reception area. Despite it's chilly impact, we can not wait to re-hang it in our new space.
