Mom365 Special Delivery Box

The box is mailed to new mothers 10 days after their delivery date. This timing presents a unique opportunity to reach mom as she is making decisions on what products to use for her baby, as well as for helping her treat herself to snacks and HBA. The Special Delivery program includes follow-up emails that provide the opportunity to; remind moms to use samples, provide downloadable coupons, drive moms to retail or eCommerce site for a repeat purchase.
